April
Apart from Easter, there are no other celebrations during the month of April in Canada.
May
Queen's Day is held on the Monday before May 25 and honors her birthday. This holiday has a national scope, outside of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.
In summer
Summer, the hottest and most anticipated season in Canada, is rich in festivals and holidays. The Celebrate Canada program has several days between the end of June and the beginning of July during which the country's history is celebrated through certain holidays.

On June 24, Quebec Day (St Jean Baptiste Day) is celebrated in the province of the same name. We then honor the Francophonie and its culture with many activities in Quebec, but also in other parts of the country.
Since 2002, the country has celebrated Canada's Multiculturalism Day on June 27 every year. This date celebrates the diversity of cultures in the country, the respect for democracy, the equality of men and the respect that all Canadians owe each other.
July
Canada Day is celebrated on July 1 (unless July 1 falls on a Sunday, in which case it is postponed to July 2). This date commemorates the year of the formation of the Dominion of Canada at the national level and is the last day in the Celebrate Canada program”.
July 9 is Nunavut Day and honors the creation of this distinct territory. This month also sees the holding of the Grand river Pow Wow.
