- 250g sifted flour
- 35 cl of milk
- 25g butter
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 20 cl of maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Crack the eggs into a bowl to whisk them. Mix the sugar, flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
- Melt the butter and once it cools to room temperature, stir it into the eggs. Then make a well in the center of the flour and add this mixture. Make sure you create a seamless whole. Then, pour in the milk little by little while stirring.
- Leave your dough to rest for an hour in the fridge.
- Pour a quantity of batter into the hot pan. You will get a circle with a diameter of 15 cm and a thickness of approximately 4 mm. Flip your crepe halfway through cooking. Remove once cooked.
- Do the same with the rest of the dough.
- Place your crepe on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
