If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

• the good is broken
• the property is not as described
• the good is the wrong size
• you have changed your mind and wish to return the product

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds do not apply to the following products:

• Perishable goods

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email
of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. A shipping label will be emailed to you.

According to the law, consumers in the European Union have 14 days from receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, we apply a 30-day period. This right applies to all products we sell.

ONLINE DISTRIBUTION or any of its employees will be held responsible for any problems arising from this site. However, ONLINE DISTRIBUTION and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any irregular use of this site.

As a user, you hereby indemnify ONLINE DISTRIBUTION from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set forth herein.
