- 4 apples

For the syrup
- 250 ml brown sugar
- 175 ml of water
Preparation
- To prepare your poutine à trou, start by sifting the flour before mixing it with the sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add the butter or fat of your choice.
- Pour in the milk slowly. The dough will take on the texture of cookie dough.
- Roll your dough out so that it has a diameter of 15 cm.
- Peel your apples before cutting them into pieces.
- Place raisins and apples on the dough rounds.
- Shape the edge of the dough using water or milk.
- Bring the dough together to form a ball.
- Close and place your poutine balls on a dish that goes in the oven.
- Make a 15mm hole on each poutine.
- Place your preparation in the oven at 190°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the syrup by creating a mixture of sugar and water. Bring to a boil.
- When cooking the poutines, remove them from the oven before pouring the syrup into each hole of the donut.
- You can serve hot or cold.
