Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Servings: for 4 people

- Sugar (20 g);
For the filling you need:

In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar and flour. Then add 3 tablespoons of water while kneading. Then, set aside in the fridge for about 60 minutes, wrapping in cling film. All you have to do now is make the filling. To do this, here are the steps to follow:
- Beat together butter, maple syrup and brown sugar for about 4 minutes;
- Add the eggs while continuing to beat;
- Remove the baking beads and paper;
- Spread the pecans;
