Ingredients :
- A quarter of white cabbage
- A carrot
- Three tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Three tablespoons of milk
- Three tablespoons of vinegar
- Two tablespoons of sugar
- A pinch of salt
Preparation :
Use a sharp knife to cut the cabbage into thin strips starting from the tip. Peel and grate the carrot using the large hole side of the grater.
Mix the sauce ingredients and taste. Adjust according to your preferences, but the sugar, salt and acidity must be perfectly balanced. Indeed, the mild flavors make this recipe unique.
Season the vegetables you have just grated with your sauce. You can serve right away or let sit in the fridge for one to two hours.
