The Romans were the first to consume kale. At the time, they used it to accompany different dishes, making the vegetable a basic element of their cuisine. Then, in the 17th century, cabbage arrived in North America.
It was the English who integrated it into the culinary history of the country. Since then, cabbage has become one of the most popular vegetables. Today it is used in large restaurants for the preparation of salads. It can be accompanied by different ingredients, thus improving its taste.
For information, kale is a vegetable that contains vitamins C, E and A. It is recommended to consume it regularly to strengthen the body's protection against bacteria.
In addition, it contains a large amount of iron and calcium. It is a food with multiple virtues in addition to being a tasty vegetable.
In addition, kale is also very popular because it keeps very well. In fact, you can keep it cool in the refrigerator for several days.
