Ingredients :
- 200 g wholemeal flour;
- 70 g of whole sugar;
- A cup of yogurt ;
- 60 g of almond powder;
- Two ripe bananas;
- An egg ;
- 250 g of blueberries;
- Cinnamon ;
- A packet of vanilla sugar ;
- A sachet of Alsatian yeast.
Preparation
Start by preheating the oven to 165° C. Then, mix your bananas. In a large bowl or salad bowl, mix the vanilla sugar, wholemeal sugar, flour, yeast, almond powder, cinnamon and a small pinch of salt. Then add the previously mixed fruit, the egg and the yogurt. Mix before incorporating the blueberries. Pour into a mold. Choose a non-stick model so as not to make the cake stick. Cook for 35 minutes and let cool before unmolding. Slice and enjoy. Note that you can replace the whole sugar with brown sugar or coconut sugar.
