INGREDIENTS :
- 300 g white flour
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of unsalted butter (and a few knobs of butter for cooking)
- 400 ml of fermented milk (or, failing that, whole milk)
- 2 tablespoons of light cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of light cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 pinches of salt
- Maple syrup from Canada
PREPERATION :
- Preheat the oven to 100 ° C. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Form a well in the center.
- Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl with the vanilla extract, pour into the well.
- Gradually incorporate the eggs into the flour, stirring from the center outwards.
- Melt the butter and pour it also in the center of the well.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and when it is hot, pour in a ladle of dough. Brown for a few minutes on both sides. Reserve in the oven (120 ° C) while cooking the following pancakes.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and add seasonal fruits before tasting.
