INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, softened 1 egg
250 ml (1 cup) maple syrup
125 ml (1⁄2 cup) milk
375 ml (1 1⁄2 cups) oatmeal
375 ml (1 1⁄2 cups) unbleached flour
10 ml (2 tsp.) Baking powder (baking powder)
1 pinch of salt
1 small pot of maple butter
PREPERATION :
Preheat oven to 190 ° C / 375 ° F and place parchment papers on two cookie sheets;
In a bowl, cream the butter. Add the egg and maple syrup. Continue beating until all the ingredients are combined.
In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder and salt. Mix with a spoon.
Stir in the dry or liquid ingredients alternately with the milk. Beat to mix.
Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the cookie dough.
