Tomatoes stuffed with smoked trout and maple taffy
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 1 small maple firing pot
- 2 smoked trout fillets
PREPERATION :
- Cut off the heads of the tomatoes and core them. To book
- Put maple taffy in the bottom of each tomato
- Roll the pieces of trout and one in each tomato
