History
Sagamité is an indigenous dish from North America, particularly Eastern Canada. These include a boiled mixture of corn and fish, meat or berries in different forms. Ingredients :
- 3 cups red beans
- 1 marrow bone
- 1 can of corn
- 3 zucchini
- 1 bunch of fresh sage

Preparation :
For the preparation, you will soak the beans in water overnight. The next day, you can fill a pot with water and put the marrow bone and the beans in it. Then cook over low heat for two hours.
