Maple & Raspberry Rosé from Domaine Labranche

This fresh drink with its very discreet hint of maple on the palate and its delicious, well-pronounced taste of raspberries make it the aperitif wine you absolutely need in your picnic basket. You can pair it with smoked salmon or maple trout, turkey or simply poultry sandwiches. Desserts that are not very sweet or bitter, such as dark chocolate ice cream or upside-down fruit cake, will enhance the maple sweetness of this rosé wine. Serve it chilled between 6 and 8°C. Once opened, keep the bottle refrigerated with an airtight cap for up to 1 week.

Maple wine is an innovation of Domaine Labranche , a maple grove whose beginnings begin in the 1920s. Merging heritage and modernity, the heirs of the estate have embarked on the alcohol side. Wine production is based on a maple formula that is reminiscent of grape wine.
