This Canadian Cabernet Franc type wine is a red from the Ontario region. He has a red robe verging on purple. Its bouquet is vegetal, floral and woody, with a hint of raspberry. The 2018 Cabernet Frac from Peele Island Winery is well balanced between strength and sweetness, and moderate tannins. It is considered rather dry and slightly acidic. We discover touches of berries and red fruits, but also cedar, vanilla and oak. It has an alcohol content of 12.5 % and is packaged in a 750 ml bottle.

Pelee Island is a Canadian island on which the brand of the same name is established. It was in 1982 that Pelee Island Winery was established. That year, nearly 25,000 liters of wine were produced.
