This Canadian Cabernet Franc type wine is a red from the Ontario region. He has a red robe verging on purple. Its bouquet is vegetal, floral and woody, with a hint of raspberry. The 2018 Cabernet Frac from Peele Island Winery is well balanced between strength and sweetness, and moderate tannins. It is considered rather dry and slightly acidic.
