Ingredients
- 600 g of sliced smoked meat
- 12 slices of sweet pickle
- 8 slices of household bread
- 60 ml Dijon mustard
- 30 ml of honey
- 30 ml chopped parsley
- 15 ml chopped chives
- 2 green apples
- 2.5 ml of Espelette pepper
- 15 ml of lemon juice
Preparation
Start by reheating the smoked meat by putting it in the microwave for a minute. Mix the honey, herbs and mustard in a bowl. Cut your apples into julienne strips (very thin).
In another bowl, create a mixture of apple julienne, lemon juice and Espelette pepper. Toast your bread slices. Spread one side of the bread with the mustard mixture. Then garnish the spread side with slices of bread, smoked meat, julienned apples and pickles. Cover with your leftover bread and serve immediately.
