Questions and responses

An artisanal mustard from Île d'Orléans (Quebec's jewel), with maple syrup and local apple cider. Rustic texture with visible seeds, golden color, complex and elegant taste: sweetness, acidity, apple fruitiness. A Quebec terroir signature in a single mustard. More refined than the standard version.

The Île d'Orléans is an island in the heart of the Saint Lawrence River, near Quebec, famous for its exceptional agricultural terroir: apples, strawberries, maple, cheeses. Cradle of high-end artisanal products. This mustard reflects the culinary identity of the island: local products, passed-down know-how. 100% Quebec authenticity.

Sublime on matured cheeses (camembert, brie de Meaux), magnificent with fine charcuterie, perfectly accompanies foie gras and terrines. In cooking: for refined vinaigrettes, pork marinades, glaze for braised ham. The apple aroma makes it the ideal partner for autumn dishes. Small touch, big difference.

Before opening: pantry at room temperature, up to 2 years. After opening: in the fridge, 6 months. Rustic texture with seeds: may slightly separate, this is normal — mix before use. Take out 10 min before for the aromas. The cider brings an acid touch that helps preservation.

The signature vinaigrette: 1 tsp maple-cider mustard + 1 tsp honey + 3 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Mix on a warm goat cheese + apple + pecan salad. Also sublime as glaze on oven-braised ham with maple syrup. Quebec elegance at its peak.

For refined epicureans, fans of signature cuisine, lovers of Quebec terroir products. Ideal gift to impress a fine gourmet, to give with a matured cheese platter and ice cider. The gourmet gift that leaves a mark through authenticity and history. Île d'Orléans in a jar.
