A syrup to replace sugar

The maple, symbol of the resurrection of nature, gives us its syrup. It is not a simple condiment, but also an alternative that can replace products that are too sweet (refined sugar, chocolate spread, marmalades, etc.). Plus, maple syrup is much healthier. It contains 1/3 less sugar than table sugar (32 % of water and 68 % of carbohydrates).
