Domaine Pinnacle ice cider, available in a 375 ml bottle, has a strength of 12% of alcohol. It is served very chilled (5°C) as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to delicate amuse-bouche or at the end of a meal with desserts or cheeses. Its color is clear, golden with orange reflections. On the palate, this ice cider is opulent, intense and complex. It is moderately sweet for a balanced finish. He also received the Gold Medal at the Mondial des Cidres de Glace in 2013 and 2015.

Pinnacle Estate

It is located on the side of Mount Pinnacle in Farham, Quebec. Between Frelisburg and Abercorn, this 170 ha estate has an orchard of several thousand apple trees and a maple grove. It is designed in such a way that it can be produced and processed on site. The estate invented and made ice cider known around the world, in particular by partnering with Camus, a great name in cognac.
