The Quebec creamed honey - golden 500g is a honey creamy-textured through controlled crystallisation (slow stirring builds microcrystals). Light golden colour, gentle and floral taste. The texture is the soul of this product: spreadable like butter, never drips off the spoon.

Difference with a classic liquid honey: it's the same raw material but deliberately and controllably crystallised to give a stable creamy texture. Easier to spread, never drips on the table, perfect for kids. The taste is similar to a golden wildflower honey, but the mouthfeel is different.

Creamed honey is more stable than liquid honeys — the texture barely changes over time. Keep the jar dry, at room temperature, not in the fridge (gets too hard). If it ever firms up too much, leave it at room temperature for 30 min. Never heat it, or you'll lose the carefully crafted creamy texture.

No major allergens: gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, egg-free. Heads up: not for children under 1 year and pollen-allergy sufferers. Health-wise, same benefits as any unpasteurised honey: antioxidants, enzymes, minerals. The creamy texture is just more practical for spreading, no nutritional loss.
