Tomato and Sortilège sorbet
INGREDIENTS :
- 500 g tomato
- 5 drops of tabasco
- 500 ml of water
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 60 ml of Spell
- salt and pepper
PREPERATION :
- Peel and seed the tomatoes and mix finely with tabasco, au and Sortilège in a food processor
- Add the chopped basil and season
- Put this preparation in the freezer for 3 hours and mix
Serve in a tomato, glass or goblet
