Rousse Griffon Beer - Mcauslan

This red beer has a resolutely assertive character. It should be served at a temperature between 5 and 10°C in a straight glass for optimal tasting conditions. It is one of the most famous beers of the brand and in the Quebec region. She is a double silver medalist, for the 1994 and 1996 editions of the Nations Cup and received the gold medal at the Canadian Brewing Awards in 2005.

The Mc Auslan brand launched its first beer in 1989, and it quickly became one of the largest microbreweries in Quebec. It is also the first to offer its beers in bottles. After her first blond beer, she developed a dark beer with oats in 1991, then her extra blond and her red under the Griffon brand in 1992. She then made an introduction into the luxury beer market with her blond beer Frontenac , before embarking on seasonal beers: raspberry, apricot, pumpkin spice and strong beer. The brand accumulates distinctions thanks to its products: twenty international McAuslan medals are not only for beers: following a partnership, it also begins to develop cider.
