Moosehead Blonde Beer

This beer has an alcohol content of 5% and is available in a 350 ml bottle. It is produced from barley malt 100 % Canadian, hops and water from Spruce Lake. Moosehead blond beer won the gold medal at the World Beer Cup in 2003 and at the world selection in 2005.

Beneath its golden robe and generous white foam, it is light and refreshing. We feel a real balance between sweet malt and bitter hops. Its aroma is fresh and subtle, we find notes of fresh bread, mint. It offers a nice fullness in the mouth, with a good taste of malt and hops, and a hint of caramel.

This Canadian brand was founded by a woman almost a century and a half ago: Susannah Oland. Six generations followed each other in the leadership of the brand in Halifax Bay. Today, Andrew Oland has taken over the reins of the family business in New Brunswick.

This brand with very humble beginnings now markets its beers in the United States, Canada and the rest of the world. It is distinguished by its process of lagering (cold conditioning) of the yeast to maximize the creation of aroma in its beers. To this day, it is still the only independent Canadian brewery.
