A Canadian signature grill blend: salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, thyme, marjoram, and a touch of maple sugar. Perfect balance between savory and sweet-smoky. Suitable for beef, pork, chicken, lamb. 100g format for 4-6 family marinades. No artificial flavor enhancers.

Sprinkle generously on raw meat 30 min before cooking, or rub with a bit of oil. Great on BBQ, plancha, oven grill. Also excellent to season homemade fries, salted popcorn or roasted vegetables. Count 1-2 tsp per serving. Don't add extra salt.
