To prepare maple green tea, start by bringing water to a boil. Remove from the heat and wait for the temperature to drop to 90°C. Then leave the sachet(s) to infuse for a maximum of 5 minutes (brand recommendation). For a cup of 250 ml of sweet tea, count a tea bag infused 2 to 3 minutes. For a medium strength tea, leave the bag in the water for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, for a strong tea, you can let it steep for 5 to 6 minutes.

This maple green tea contains a high level of antioxidants. Its caffeine content is moderate. To avoid insomnia, it is not recommended to drink this tea from the beginning of the evening. On the other hand, it is perfectly suited for a snack at 4 p.m.
