Freshly popped popcorn coated in Quebec maple syrup caramel. Picture classic caramel popcorn, but with the woody, deep notes of maple instead of white sugar. Crunchy, gentle, properly addictive — the snack you pull out for movie nights.

Supermarket caramel popcorn is sugar + glucose + caramel flavouring + colouring. Here the caramel is made only with Quebec maple syrup, butter and a pinch of salt. Result: a rounder taste, less aggressively sweet, with that lovely toasted, woody note no synthetic flavour can match.

Keep it in the sealed pouch or an airtight jar, at room temperature — moisture is the enemy. Once open, ideally finish it within the week while it's still crunchy. Texture: light crisp, snappy caramel, balanced between sweet and the buttery salt note.

On allergens: contains milk (butter) — that's it: no gluten, no nuts, no egg. So not vegan, but gluten-free. Health-wise it's lighter than you'd think: whole-grain corn (so fibre) with a maple coat instead of industrial flavourings.
