Guide to tea strength

To make tea, it is recommended to use simmering water, the temperature of which varies between 90 and 100°C. The water should then be allowed to cool slightly from the moment of boiling.

The infusion time will depend on the desired strength of the drink. Metropolitan Tea Company's recommendation is 3-5 minutes. For a weak tea, count 2 to 3 minutes.

For a medium strength tea, steep the teabag(s) for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, for a strong tea, count 5 to 6 minutes.

Please note that this product contains caffeine. It is therefore not recommended to take it in the evening and even from the end of the afternoon. However, it may be suitable for a snack around 4 p.m. Consumed later than that, this maple green tea may prevent sleep in sensitive people.
