La Fin du Monde is the iconic blonde tripel from the Unibroue brewery (Chambly, Quebec) — 9% ABV, bottle-conditioned in the great Belgian tradition. Hazy golden robe, creamy head, notes of coriander, citrus and spices. The beer that put Quebec on the world brewing map.

A classic Belgian tripel (Westmalle, Tripel Karmeliet) comes from centuries-old abbeys. La Fin du Monde carries the Belgian spirit with a Quebec signature: in-house yeasts, St. Lawrence water, bottle conditioning. Honestly, lighter, more accessible, with a distinctive spicy finish. A tripel to drink with a Quebec cheese.

Store the bottle upright, away from light, ideally between 10°C and 15°C. Since it's bottle-conditioned, a yeast sediment forms at the bottom — that's normal. Serve it chilled (8-10°C) in a tulip glass to release the aromas. Ages well up to 5 years.
