Both are Unibroue tripels at 9%. La Fin du Monde uses barley malt, drier, spicier. Don de Dieu is brewed with wheat, making it creamier, softer, rounder. The secret: they're complementary — Don de Dieu for wheat-beer lovers, La Fin du Monde for malt fans.
Store the bottle upright, away from light, at 10-15°C. Bottle conditioning = natural sediment, normal. Serve chilled (8-10°C) in a tulip glass to release the signature creamy head. Ages up to 5 years, gaining vanilla and honey notes.
9% ABV — strong, drink in moderation. Contains wheat and gluten (barley + wheat) — not for coeliacs. Lactose-free, GMO-free. Avoid for pregnant women and drivers. One 750 ml = about 5-6 standard glasses.
Don de Dieu elevates creamy dishes and seafood: risotto, veal blanquette, vol-au-vent, lobster in cream sauce, seared scallops. Cheeses: fresh goat cheese, mozzarella di bufala, brie. Dessert: lemon tart, panna cotta, mango sorbet. A beer that pairs with almost anything!
