United States: The shipping rate includes all customs fees and alcohol taxes; delivery times are between 15 days and 1 month.
Shipping your packages
Packages are shipped within one business day of receiving payment. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered to a pickup point or your home with signature confirmation. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage.
Return policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes our bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
