Eau Bénite from Unibroue is the classic Belgian tripel at 7.7% ABV, bottle-conditioned — a nod to abbey beers. Golden robe, persistent white head, notes of exotic fruits, spices, honey and a herbal touch. More accessible than La Fin du Monde, the perfect introduction to Unibroue tripels.

A Belgian abbey tripel (Westmalle, Tripel Karmeliet) is stronger (8-9%) and brewed in monasteries for centuries. Eau Bénite carries the abbey spirit at an accessible 7.7% with the Quebec Unibroue signature. Honestly, rounder, more dessert-like — the perfect tripel intro without diving into the heavy hitters.

Store the bottle upright, away from light, at 10-15°C. Bottle conditioning = natural sediment, normal. Serve chilled (8-10°C) in a tulip or chalice glass. Ages up to 5 years, gaining honey and dried-fruit notes.

7.7% ABV — solid, sip in moderation. Contains gluten (barley, malt) — not for coeliacs. Lactose-free, GMO-free. Avoid for pregnant women and drivers. One 750 ml = about 5 standard glasses.
