The Quebec classic. 100% pure maple syrup, amber grade: golden color, clean and balanced maple flavor. No additives, no added sugar. The standard for pancakes, waffles and any maple recipe.
Golden: harvested early in the season, light and delicate flavor. Amber: the best-seller, perfect balance between sweetness and character. Dark: harvested late, bolder and more caramel-like. All 100% pure, just from different moments of the season.
Before opening, holds almost indefinitely in the pantry. Once opened: straight to the fridge, keeps for at least 12 months. If crystals appear at the bottom: warm gently in a water bath — normal and harmless.
100% maple sap, period. Gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, egg-free. Naturally vegan. Richer in manganese, zinc and antioxidants than white sugar, but still a sugar. Use with gourmet restraint.
